Hasley Cellars


	We use natural, old world methods to achieve our goal of producing the finest wines in the world. All our grapes are gently, hand picked. Our wines are aged a minimum of twenty months in small, French oak barrels. After reaching the proper level of maturity, we blend the wines to make a Bordeaux style blend.

Hasley Cellars is an ultra premium winery on California’s Central coast. Our grapes are sourced from low yielding vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA. Our winemaker’s resulting Bordeaux style blends have garnered awards and recognition for their high quality.

We currently produce fewer than 300 cases of wine per year. Due to our limited production, our wines are available on a first come first served basis. Our wine club members receive the first allotment of wine from each vintage. If you enjoy our wine, we encourage you to join our wine club to keep from missing out.
